The rod or pole is in fine condition and looks to be little used. The bubble is good, and both points look like new. The small prism has seen use and looks OK. It has its own soft case. The tripod is in very good used condition. This surveying equipment and related survey instruments came from a local northern CA. Engineering outfit started in the 1940s.
