Description: This necklace comes in part of its original box. That is how I know it is genuine rock crystal. I also checked the beads with my rock identifier. It is not glass. It was made by the Deltah Company which was primarily known for its pearl jewelry. The beads are square shaped and the clasp appears to be from the 1940's or maybe early 1950's. There is no metal content marked on the clasp. The clasp is in good working order. The beads are in excellent condition. I could not find any chips on them. Necklace is strung on chain. Some of the chain has darkened - mostly at the back of the neck. Necklace is about 16 1/4 inches long. The largest bead is about 14.5mm. Please read description carefully and look at the photos. You are buying this necklace as it is. The box has two empty spaces. It looks like this necklace may have had matching earrings at one time. Unfortunately I do not have them.
