In order for the items to fit in the envelopes/boxes, they must be folded, and therefore they will arrive at your destination wrinkled. There is nothing I can do to prevent wrinkling that happens in transit. All is not lost though - give it a quick steam and it will look like new. If the item is dry clean only, you should probably take it to a dry cleaner to have it pressed.
