Description: Offered is a Dept. 56 New England Village Series Lighted Porcelain Building. Stoney Brook Town Hall #5644-8 is in “Like New” Condition. The building will come in packed securely in the original Styrofoam insert with cardboard cover. The building is part of a large set purchased from a charity event. It appears that the buildings were displayed and then carefully packed away for storage where they had been for many years. The original packaging may show some wear and some discoloration from long term storage, however the porcelain buildings are all in pristine condition.
