This is like new and has not been used and after so many years in a box of vintage jewelry I’m selling to let you enjoy it and someone to get some use out of it. I don’t wear lipstick. This has a beautiful red cabochon & 2 white crystals, on scrolled weaving medallion belt. The lipstick case holder is hinged for opening and can carry for your purse, or put on your vanity dresser as a decorative piece. This is from the past, probably mid 50's or 40's. Although this lip case is not signed, lots of research shows it to be an American Princess Marcella Borghese, which is quite sought after has shiny gold interior, with rectangle mirror.. as mentioned, the condition is excellent , measuring 3.5" long, 1.5" d. The founder Princess Marcella Borghese, (Marcella Fazi) a manufacture of cosmetic co. was born in 1911 and died January 2002.
