Description: 100% Rebuilt DeWalt DCF 885 impact drill with freshly rebuilt battery. Battery was rebuilt using 5-new 18650 battery cells. The spot welds are deep, for high vibration resistance! It’s a solid built 3ah battery! This drill was 100% disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt. New armature, brushes, collet springs/bearing, and premium white lithium grease in gear housing. (Much better than original grease) Drill runs better than New! The impact hammer feature works like it should when pressure/resistance is applied. The Chuck/collet works perfect! It retains the bit tight and will easily remove with one pull of the hand. The bit will pop right out on its own, when collet is pulled. Like I say: better than when it was new! The drill plastics were professionally dyed, and set. No color run-out or rubout on your hands. It is a permanent die in black. With fresh badges applied. Disclaimer* The clamshell itself shows signs of use. With scuffs and scrapes. But overall in great aesthetic condition. Trigger was replaced, with a newer trigger. Should last a lifetime. All three LED lights work perfectly. This drill is one of my personal fav’s in my “keepers.” Brushes aren’t even broken in yet. But I need to sell this drill since rent is 75% of my income.
