Description: Excellent condition. Everything works as this machine would have been new. The break allows fine adjustments and calibrations to mass-produce designs with minimum effort. Please refer do Di-Acro's book "Handbrake Guide" for the infinite applications and techniques like Single Hems, Double Hems, Wire Edge, Reverse Bends, Narrow Channels, Tab Forming, etc... The DI-ACRO Pan and Finger Brake is produced from alloy castings and cold rolled steel bars with all parts that are subject to wear properly hardened and precision ground. Torrington Roller Bearings provide ease of operation. A powerful clamp securely locks the material during the forming operation assuring a sharp bend and quickly releases the part for removal. Easily adjustable angle degree stops positively control angularity and the material gauge accurately positions the bend assuring perfect duplication in all parts formed. The reversible folding blade is provided with a wide edge for ordinary forming operations and a narrow edge for producing extremely close reverse bends. Two different handle positions allow operator choice for convenience and greater production. The machine comes with a single home-made 2" finger with a work stop. 07/24 UPDATE:I made additional 1" finger from annealed A2 steel. It will be included with the purchase.
