Description: I used to have a super long listing up some time ago that explained this all - but basically .hack//ENEMY Epidemic boosters have no business being so damn expensive. I've got my set of cards, so I'm trying to get these boosters into the hands of folks playing the dead game or collectors. Here's the issue, though - the pull rates are 1 in 8 for an Xtra Rare card, and there's 30 packs per booster box. That means if your luck isn't fantastic, you can possibly pull just 2 Xtra Rares in a box. Worse yet, these packs can absolutely be weighed, so when you buy a loose booster pack at a crazy price, odds are decent you've got no shot at getting an Xtra Rare at all and that sucks. I definitely spent a buttload of money previously on boosters packs I later learned weren't helping me at all. So, on my end, I've mixed together a bunch of packs I'm 99% positive do not contain an Xtra Rare (low pack weight) and then I mixed in a fresh booster box. That was like, 2 years ago. I have no idea if anything I have left actually consists of heavy packs, I've had more people contact me and tell me they got an Xtra rare than should have (statistically) and I think it's most fair if I don't go through and weigh them all again. I'm selling you a pair of Epidemic booster packs - 11 cards each, 22 cards total. If you're chasing Xtra Rares, this is probably not your best bet - in that case, I'd look for a dothack network of such, where you might find other individuals who could sell or trade you what you're missing. But, if you're just looking to build up your collection, then this might be a suitable listing for you. I will periodically throw this listing up, wait a little while after it sells, and relist it again. Or I guess like, 8 months in this case. Though if you've already bought from me, I won't sell to you again - nothing personal, I'm just trying to avoid anyone else becoming a dragon atop a hoard of boosters.
