Description: This came from a renovation of a building on Newbury street in Boston ( what had been the Aggassiz school if that means anything to you ). The French doors were used as windows that were seven feet tall. The set screw, which screws into the stem, is missing. I did not see how this was installed, the shape is different from anything similar that I have seen. Thinking on it, I believe that the windows overlapped each other which would explain the uncommon design. The set screw should be available from a locksmith. Be sure you know how to install it before buying.
