Description: This Drake TR-4CW is in pretty good shape for it's age. The cabinet's paint is original and the only significant wear I can see is at the bottom of the front panel (please see pictures). Inside, someone has replaced the electrolytic capacitor on top of the chassis. The radio is receiving well, but only putting out about 210 watts when keyed down. It should be 260 watts according to the manual, so perhaps the tubes are a little soft or it's in need of servicing. Aside from that replaced capacitor, it appears to be original and as with any piece of vintage electronics, it would likely benefit from being "gone through" by a qualified tech. The sale comes with an original user manual, but please note that a power supply and microphone are not included in the sale. SHIPPING/PACKAGING: All orders ship within one business day.
