After researching, these Yo-Yo's were made in the early 80s. The HAZARD POLICE with this rim is rare. I purchased it from an estate. It was safely packaged in a box of contents I purchased. Condition: This has very little paint loss on the lettering/front side. Very small/minor knicks along the edge, but overall, this is in excellent condition. The string extends as it should and is white in color. I did test it, and it works as any Yo-Yo should.
