Durand King Tut American Green Art Glass Lamp Antique

Description: Beautiful Durand American art glass lamp, c. 1920s-2930s. The glass is green with silver iridescent swirls in the King Tut pattern. The glass part has a very nice bulbous shape, and is is set atop a silver metal base ( possible spelter). The silver color of the mounts, although showing signs of wear, complements nicely the silver King Tut swirls. Condition: The metal mounts present signs of wear with heavy loss of patina, but the glass is in very good condition, with few small small air bubbles from production, and light surface scratches. The most notables are 2 scratches across silver swirls, please examine close-up pictures carefully ( last 2 pictures). The glass alone measures 10" H/ 4.5" W. The lamp is medium-sized, with 26" overall height ( to the top of the finial), and 15" to the top of glass ( metal base+ glass). Shade not included. The lamp was probably rewired at some point, but not recently. It is in working condition, but the cord appears to be vintage.
