When inspected the box did show signs of damage, however the lights inside are in perfect new condition. All that can be determined is this is a damage box item that was returned to the warehouse. The contents are brand new. Please know that you can purchase these with confidence that this is as described or your money back. This looks to be complete with all item. This has been visually checked and/or tested. All the items that we sell are visually inspected. However not all items are tested. If an item is tested we will make a note of the testing and include it in the description. We sell items like this "as is" with returns accepted. We do shipping Monday-Friday, If you pay on Friday afternoon the package will go out Monday. Delivery can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending on where you live. UPS ground does not deliver on weekends or to PO boxes. Hawaii, Alaska are excluded from shipping.
