It was originally developed to be placed in front of distortion effects pedals to increase the distortion channel. It is also effective for improving the sharpness of a dull sounding neck pickup or when using distortion effects pedals. The ToneMixer knob is designed to add gain, while at the same time tightening the bass and mids, and adding crisp overtones to the treble, making it perfect for when you want to give your tube amp that extra push. The TEMPORARY SELECT knob is the only knob that can be set, so it is easy to set up the desired settings. The input signal can also be cut off by turning the knob down. The Arrows will give you a lively, forward tone! ■Controls Level: Adjusts the output.
