Although he was an important member of the impressionist movement, but rejected that title and called himself a realist or independent. Most famous for painting dancers and horses, Degas was a portrait painter of great distinction and a sculptor. Many of his paintings are of groups or individuals doing mundane things and often hint of a narrative or a frozen moment in time. This print is in Very Good Condition. It is a tipped-in print.
