The back label is clean with some minor wear. The cartridge is clean with some noticeable scratches and scuffs. This is an authentic, original copy and is NOT A REPRODUCTION OR BOOTLEG. See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it to completion on my Genesis 3. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Please note that you will need a Japanese Megadrive, passthrough adapter for a Sega Genesis (such as a Game Genie), a Genesis Model 3, or a clone system to play this game.
