When Ebay sees you are wanting your plans mailed to a foreign country, they show me your shipping address as their global shipping forwarding office in Kentucky. They also provide me with a "reference number" which identifies you. The problem is, I mail your plans out the same day (if it's a week day) to their forwarding office but THEY don't get them off to you for who knows how long. I've had three different guys complain "I still haven't received my plans" and one guy even filed a complaint. Let's not do that!
