Description: Up for sale is an Epiphone Vintage Pro IV Thunderbird bass 60s in vintage sunburst. The bass was declared a factory blem with USED stamped on the back of the headstock and part of the serial number removed. This indicated a defect of some kind. Cosmetically, clean. As pictured, unloaded. Functionally, the truss rod turns fine and the neck is straight; although, when tightened about a turn from loose, it develops a significant back bow. There is room and it should function fine, but I have not strung it up, so it may have fine tuning issues. Nut is missing.
