The body top features a 3/4” thick maple cap, some colors have beautiful AAA Flame Maple veneer on the top wood, and the finish is a thinner Aged Vintage Gloss finish. The asymmetrical neck features a slim-taper profile and a 24-fret ebony fingerboard with jumbo frets. The fingerboard also features block-and-triangle shaped pearloid/avalon inlays, with the avalon selected to match the body color. It also features matte nickel-colored Grover Locking Rotomatic tuners and a black GraphTech NuBone nut. The Epiphone Prophecy SG features matte nickel hardware and PosiLok strap buttons. It is equipped with Fishman Fluence pickups and features three voicing options with push/pull master volume and tone controls.
