When allowed to climb and grow to its larger potential, the lovely white and green variegated leaves will begin to "pinnate" or separate into finger-like sections along its midrib. When allowed to trail or hang, the leaves remain smaller and vines drape beautifully from hanging baskets or when running along shelves.
