Description: Rare ultra-thin Eterna-matic 3000 Sevenday from 1967 with 1501K movement inside (what would become the ETA 2892). Day and date, with French day wheel. Very thin model, only 9mm high. A real triumph of innovation creating this ultra-thin movement that would continue to be used by top brands even today. Very rare beautiful fumé dial changing from a dark brown-gray to a light gray in the center. Quickset date. Signed crown. Signed crystal. All original lume aged to a custard color. Completely unpolished with all original bevels. Overall lovely condition. Only two things to note are a few scratches on the caseback where someone tried to open it and a small crack in the crystal by 8 o'clock.
