Description: With a good fuse it will power on but as soon as you take it out of stand by mode it will blow the fuse. It does not work at all. It will power on, but it will blow the fuse. It does have the tubes with it. The exterior of the amp is in used condition. It looks a little scuffed up. Please see all of the photos. Overall it looks pretty good.
