Description: Bought this at a bin store where the items are just thrown in bins at different prices with or without original packaging. This item did not have any packaging so I don't know the history of it. With that in mind I'm going to sell it as used. I did plug it in an the blue light came on and attached a volt meter to it. 12 volts dc were measured on the end and the polarity checked out with the diagram on label. That is all the testing I did. The a/c plug side is short approximately 17.5". The device side is much longer. Did not measure it. See pics of actual item. ID 102524ynbnz
