"Call Me When You're Sober" was released digitally as the album's lead single on September 4, 2006. "Lithium" was released as the second single on December 4, 2006, and "Sweet Sacrifice" was released as the third international single from the album on May 25, 2007. "Good Enough" was released in Germany as the final single on December 14, 2007.The Open Doorwas supported by a worldwide tour that ran from October 2006 to December 2007.
