It is made of amber glass (by Mosser Glass) and hand painted with a gorgeous mother polar bear and her cub in a nature scene. Most of the alley cat is glossy but the area where the scene is hand painted has a satin finish. It features a mother polar bear leaning over and giving her cub who is standing below a kiss. They are framed by trees and green leaves in a forest with a blue sky and that same nature scene continues all around the cat. The alley cat itself has pretty blue eyes. It is signed by Fenton artist and designer J.K. Spindler, dated 2023 and numbered #2/32. It stands about 11" tall and and is a first quality piece in as new, excellent condition.
