The hybrid sidewall construction makes this board the smoothest ride in all conditions. A rockered profile combined with a low profile nose and tail all laced together onto mellow sidecut make this the most welcoming ride we have for newbies and vets alike. What it is EX-Flat Rock RockerTrue Twin Technology EZ-Flat Rocker- Flat camber profile with gently rockered nose and tail just outside of the inserts makes for a smooth and stable ride by reducing chatter. Trutwin-Identical nose and tail shape and lengths, combined with an equally designed woodcore profile, allows for a balanced ride whether ridden regular or switch. Freestyle your way through any park, pipe or all over the mountain. Biaxial-A smooth, easy, torsional feel, the majority of the fibers are in the 0 axis to add extra pop and an easy torsional flex to the board. Easy carving for all-mountain or park performance. Truflex-Similar to the ReFlex core, TruFlex core technology features a high strength-to-weight wood construction utilizing different density poplar woods uniquely profiled to give you excellent all-around response when riding the mountain. EZDT Sidecut-Designed for EZ-Rock and another version of EZ FlatRock, the EZDT is mellow between the bindings and at the tips with a more aggressive grip in the binding areas. This creates a more forgiving ride when things get a bit bumpy and a tight radius blended for quick carves. Optix 2000-A high-density, extruded base that is extremely easy to maintain and fix. The Optix 2000 is one of the highest wax absorbing bases on the market and will give you all the speed you need even if you don’t wax on a regular basis. Shipping U.S. Shipping We ship all items the same or the next business day after payment is received. We ship Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. We ship most items with Fedex Ground or Home Delivery and with USPS Priority Mail. We reserve the right to ship using either carrier. Most items cannot be shipped to a PO Box. Please email us before purchasing to see if an item can be shipped to a PO Box. If you are shipping to a PO Box, you MUST select USPS Priority Mail. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO or US Protectorate Address MUST BE SHIPPED USING USPS PRIORITY MAIL. Returns Returns & Exchanges Returns or Exchanges are allowed up to 30 days from purchase. All items must be in the same condition as received, with all packaging, accessories and tags attached and included. Items that are returned in a used/incomplete/dirty/animal hair condition will be assessed a large restocking fee or in some cases returned to the buyer. We cannot do any return or exchange on any used items. We can exchange any brand new items if there is a sizing issue. Please email us to do an exchange - please do not request a return through eBay if you want to exchange an item. We offer a longer exchange period during the Christmas holiday season. Items can be exchanged after Christmas if there is a sizing issue. Please contact us within 14 days of Christmas to start an exchange. We welcome all questions so that you can find the perfect product for you! Warranty Most of our products come with at least a one year, manufacturer's limited warranty. If you have a warranty problem, the quickest way to address it is to contact the manufacturer directly or you can contact us to get the process going. Please be aware that the warranty is limited and won't cover all damage. Some examples of things that are NOT covered under warranty: Board Impact - Running into an object or running into someone else on the slopes, is not covered under warranty. If someone else runs into you, unfortunately, this is also not covered. Freestyle Snowboarding - Using rails, boxes or other hard surfaces in the terrain park can cause damage to your board. This is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Nose or Tail Impact - Landing a jump on the nose or tail that causes the board to bend or crack is considered impact damage and is not covered under warranty. Boots - Tears or rips caused by holding your board up while riding the lift, are not covered. Bindings - Plastic straps can become brittle in extreme temperatures and broken straps are not covered under warranty. If you do break a strap, let us know and we will see if we have any replacements we can send you. Also, lost screws or straps are not covered but if you do lose one, let us know and we will see if we have a replacement for you. We recommend you check all equipment every day before riding, and be careful when strapping in to avoid problems.
