This will fit both the original collars & the 2nd design. The way to tell between the 1st and 2nd design is to look at the inside of the collar. If there is a small line stamped on the shoulder where the column shaft goes thru the collar at the 12 o'clock position with the steering wheel in the straight wheel position, it's a 2nd design or original.
