Hamburger patties come in a 7 mil tough resealable round corner bag. Just add water to the patties to rehydrate them then cook. The shelf life is 25 years when stored in a cool dry place in a rodent proof container. Preparation:This freeze dried product is raw and does require cooking after rehydrating. Soak in salted cool water for at least 10-15 minutes or until patties are moistened and fully reconstituted. Handle patties with care as they may break easily.
