These fit the standard .453" valve stem hole found on most wheels and are the shortest snap in stem at only 7/8" the outside of the rim. These are the stubby stems used on ATV rims, lawn mower rims, boat trailer wheels, etc. These will also fit passenger car wheels if you want a really short stem. To install you must remove the sleeve, you pull it in the wheel with a stem puller and then reinstall the sleeve.
