I purchased this item around 10 years ago, it came exactly as you see it. frame and all. ther are 2 COAs that come with this item. I guess one was issued each time it sold. on the back of one of them, it says that it was a gift to the son, Frank Frazetta jr. by his father...there is also a paper that states an appraisal at the time, March 10, 2004, for $5500...signed by Frank Frazetta jr... the item is in excellent condition and is a beautiful work of art...Free shipping in the United States
