Description: Freeze-Dried Brussels Sprouts, 2 cups per bag, Long Term Storage. Condition is "New". Each package contains 2 cups Brussels sprouts. To rehydrate add 1 part hot water to 1-part vegetable. Allow the vegetable to absorb the water for about 20 minutes or until fully rehydrated. You do not need to rehydrate the vegetables if you are using it in a recipe as the vegetables will rehydrate in whatever liquid is being used. We freeze dry and package all products in house. Each bag of vegetables is packaged in a resealable 5 mil mylar pint bag. Each package is heat sealed above the resealable strip of the bag with an oxygen absorber inside. Stored this way, these freeze-dried products have a 9-year storage life. Freeze Dried foods are great for long term emergency food storage.
