These are oem and do have the chip These are not shrink wrapped but so come in bubble bags and the port holes are covered as shown in pictures. New design and are for all GE 4 door and 3 door units with the short white filters. These are priced per water filter. Please note sometimes during shipping some carbon dust may enter into the port holes. This is normal. Please make sure to run water through the filter after installation until it runs clear then it’s good to go!
