Description: This is the stated Canadian first edition of Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-Four. This is the J. Reginald Saunders edition with "Saunders" on the dustjacket and on the spine. I want to be as clear as possible about this, because I know this book will sell to a collector (I am a collector too): this is not a mint copy. The dust jacket shows loss and an old tape repair that I will not attempt to remove. The book shows foxing and soiling. Clearly I cannot add pictures of every single page, but expect that some may show damage. I have uploaded as many pictures as possible. Clearly the Saunders Canadian first is a harder edition to fine. This is a good placeholder for a collection, but it is absolutely not in perfect/mint condition.
