Description: 25 ½ tall x 11" wide, 22 lbsA very solid piece of hardwood. Hand carved in rural Zimbabwe. Wood is Mukwa (Moo-Kwa)Note the tiny holes in the last picture, these are from boring beetles that only like certain African wood. I have treated this piece with turpentine.Look close - the top is hand carved, not "flat", consider mounting a round piece of glass on top for practical furniture. Do not consider this any sort of seat.I personally bought this piece in early 2000 during a long strange journey in Southern Africa.
