Harvest Moon is a natural orange polish that can be worn on it's own or over other colors (best over light shades). Harvest Moon glows yellow-orange in the dark, depending on the number of coats. Nail swatches show 2 coats of Harvest Moon over a white base coat. In order for the nail polish to glow it will need to be exposed to a light source to charge it. Sunlight is the most effective, but a bright light bulb will work as well. The longer the polish is left in the light, the longer it will glow! I am an animal lover and only use ingredients that are cruelty-free. My nail polish is 3-free: it does not contian Formaldehyde , Toluene, or DBP.
