They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then; you can't get much more OEM than that. You may see minor scuffs or some very slight imperfections from being moved around in an unheated warehouse.
