HUM 16 2/0 Little Hiker- TMK-2 Height 4.5" This hummel was originally modeled by Master Sculptor Arthur Meller in 1935. The old name of this hummel was "Happy-Go-Lucky" in early catalogs. There are some size and color variations between older and newer models. The catalog lists the height ranging from 3.75"-4.25" tall. The hummel in this listing is taller than the top of the range by a quarter of an inch, standing at 4.5" high. This is a Closed Edition. See below for the specifications/variations on this hummel: Has "" Full Bee Mark (TMK-2) stamped in Blue on underside of base. Stamped "Germany" in black on underside of base. Standing at 4.5" high, it exceeds the highest range of height listed in the catalogs by a quarter of an inch. (3.75"-4.25") Hummel Number "16 2/0" and Factory Control Number "1" both incised on underside of base. "M.I. Hummel" signature is incised on rear side of base. Hummel is in Good condition for it's age. No touch ups! No Repairs! No Chips! There is very minimal crazing around the base, difficult to see without bright light shined in an angle and viewed under magnification. View final few pictures. It may have some dust/dirt from sitting in the China Cabinet for several decades. I certainly did not want to damage it inadvertently by cleaning it. Should clean up nicely.
