Due to the amount of merchandise we sell on ebay, we adhere to a simple grading scale. For vinyl albums, we evaluate the sleeve and disc separately. The first grade is the sleeve, the second is the disc. For example VG/LN means the sleeve is in very good condition and the disc is in like new condition. Our grading scale is as follows: Brand New Album comes sealed in shrink wrap or some sort of factory bag or packaging. There may be minor damage to the shrink wrap, but the album is brand new and unopened. Like New Item is near flawless and looks as though it was just unwrapped. There may be minute signs of use, but they will be barely noticeable. The sleeve will be glossy and have only the slightest signs of wear. The record will always play perfectly and have only the most minor of scuffs. Very Good Item has some visible flaw or flaws, but is still in nice condition. There may be minor shelf wear to the sleeve, or a bit of damage or sticker residue. The record may have minor scuffs and scratches, but only a few light ones. Audio quality will be pleasing if not perfect. Good Item has obvious signs of wear. Sleeve may be worn or torn. There may be discoloration or water damage. Record will have numerous scuffs and/or scratches. But it will still look decent and be playable. Acceptable Sleeve shows major wear and damage. It may be fragile or the glue may have come undone. The record will play with noise and may pop or crackle during play. We discard records that are too warped to play, that have skips or too much noise to be enjoyable. All our records ship in a cardboard box with a tracking number. We check every record we sell and discard any record that isn?t listenable. Records are cleaned and tested on our turntable to make sure they play before we sell them. We do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We are not here to make a quick buck. We are here to be an awesome shop. We might be a little more expensive than those OTHER guys, but it?s worth it. And if you aren?t happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund you as quickly as possible. REFUND POLICY: If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days for a full refund. You must return the item in the condition that it was shipped to you, and customer must cover return postage. We do NOT reimburse return postage. New items that are returned open are subject to a 30% restock fee. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if an item is returned in damaged condition or we receive a swapped item.
