It was published in a small, thick, heavy folio measuring 10.75" x 13" containing 472 pp. illustrated with 257 mostly color plates and several black & white floor plans, elevations and views. It is bound in 1/4 simulated blue leather with a B&W photo of sculptures on both cloth covers and titled in gilt on the spine.
