Description: Up for sale is a group of four cups and saucers made by Haviland & Co. of Limoges France. This pattern is known as Arcadia. It has a high-white background with multi-color flowers and tropical birds. There is also heavy gold decoration along the edges. The saucers measure about 5 5/8" across and the cup opening is 3 5/8" in diameter. All pieces are marked on the bottom Theodore Haviland Limoges France and Arcadia. We have looked the pieces over and find no chips, cracks, crazing or repairs. One cup has a manufacturing flaw along the inside rim. Otherwise, the surfaces are very clean with light scratches to the saucers. The gold is in nice condition with a small amount of loss on all the handles from stacking.
