This note is heavily circulated and has the following: very heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier creases and many areas of wrinkled folding - note appears pressed); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, dark and dirty areas, grease and rust stains, areas of discoloration, areas of foreign substance); very heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in many areas - upper right corner area torn away and repaired and there are other tears that have been repaired as well); many edge indents/nicks (multiple tears exist and some are larger); very heavy surface wear and fraying (areas of paper loss exist); scattered holes; small pieces missing due to very heavy wear and damage.
