This note is heavily circulated and has the following: heavy folding and wear (also has many heavier bends/creases and areas of wrinkled folding); overall staining and darker areas of spot/line/section stains (also has smudges, many dark and dirty areas, grease stains, areas of discoloration; heavy edge and corner wear (including corners rounded and/or split/frayed - edges rough in areas); edge indents/nicks (some small tears exist); heavy surface wear and fraying *areas of paper loss exist); two small holes and one small inner tear.
