I do not include batteries, lightbulbs etc. with the items- unless included in the original, sealed manufactures packaging. Each item will be packaged very carefully as to arrive to buyer in the same condition as they left the seller. This will be the same condition the item was described/pictured in when it was listed for purchase on eBay. If damage occurs in shipping the item this damage can be taken up with the shipping service if insurance was purchased/included with the shipping service. (some insurance maybe included with the purchase price or shipping and/or additional insurance may be purchased upon request). Please contact the shipping service for damages that occur due to shipping of your item. Shipping - Items are shipped with recycled/reused packaging as much as possible. Unfortunately the cost of shipping has increased, so I strive to use the most reasonable/economical options to save the buyer money, which includes reusing shipping materials. However, I also am VERY meticulous about packaging your items, the recycling of packing is only done if it is quality materials. It is also no fault of the seller if an item is delayed or lost in the mail after the seller has shipped your item. I will do my best to resolve the situation for the buyer, however shipping delays are not something I can control. I will get your item dropped off with the shipping company and will have a tracking number for you to see online as soon as the item is shipped.
