Description: You are buying a new never displayed hand painted flying pelican wood cut-out flying in the center of the plaque, with four pelicans on the bottom with logs in the water and eight pelicans flying above the wood cut-out pelican. The main wood is basswood and it is 14" in height x 10 3/4" wide and is 3/4" thick. The flying pelican I cut out on my bandsaw, then painted it and is glue on and screwed on from the back-see other pictures. The pelican is 6" in height x 12" in width and made out of 1/2" (actual 7/16") aspen wood. Looks like a 3D picture. The basswood is bought from a hobby store. The aspen wood is bought from and general store that carries wood. You can see I have put a hanger on the back for easy hanging. I painted this with acrylic paints with a coat of polycrylic on it.
