Description: Unique,Custom Hand Made Writing Instruments created by a Master Woodturner This pen is a gorgeous twist action pen kit. Its a solid all metal kit with a nice heavy plating with rose gold bullet tip with lots of nice shine. It is really a nice kit that highlights the red camo resin material whilst still having a little bling. This of course comes with a a Parker ballpoint ink refill and writes like a dream. Thanks for looking. The material on this is a red pink and darker pink swirled Alumilight resin that I have cut drilled and painstakely placed on tubes and CA over and then turned it and finished it. It's a rather lengthy process but but wow is it gorgeous on this kit. It has so much character on this one of kind treasure with it’s glassy smooth finish that has been sanded and polished by hand with 12000 grit micro mesh to a high luster followed by a wet polishing process and then 2 layers of the world’s best, albeit very expensive but awesome friction wax. This is truly one of kind and pictures do not do this pen justice. The bolr action pen pen uses a Parker refill. You can pick up the refills at most office supply stores or if you need additional refills, I keep a small supply that I can sell you. I only make 1 or 2 pens a day and each and every one is handcraft by me in my shop. The pen you see in the listing is the pen you will receive. I will happily make a custom pen of just about any kind and from just about any wood or just about any material you could choose and because of my low volume I can get to it pretty quickly. I do not use and duplication tool so each pen is a 1 of kind original. I hand pick from over 30 species of gorgeous wood from all over the world for its grain, spalt, burl, and just unique characteristics. The pen started out in my shop as a rough piece of wood which goes through a many step process to produce a one of a kind working piece of art. Every pen that I make is different in shape, color and pattern. The pens are made from a solid piece of wood with the grain oriented to match between the two barrels of the pen. It was turned by hand on my lathe in my small shop by me. My pens are 1st quality and painstakingly made and have a really nice heft and feel and are a real pleasure to write with and the make excellent gifts but be advised that once you get one of these in your hands you wont want to part with it.
