Description: Presented is a sterling silver water pitcher from Gorham and Durgin in 1930. This piece has a wide spout and a large handle with scroll details. The base of the pitcher has a ribbed design. One side of the pitcher displays a large beautifully engraved āDā monogram in Old English script. This piece is marked on the underside with sterling along with the makers marks for Durgin, as well as Gorham. The piece is also marked with a date mark, an elephant, representing 1930. The pitcher's capacity is marked as 5 pints or 80 ounces. This piece is in good condition. There are a few ding on the back side of the pitcher by the handle, but minor. There is another small ding to the right of the monogram. The foot has a slight wobble. The pitcher is clean and ready for use. The handle is firmly attached. There are no splits or breaks.
