Please understand that you or your mechanic to need to take these apart and add fresh internals. Sorry, but I don't know anymore, so please don't ask me how long those tubes are. I'm told this by previous owner: "THIS IS A SET OF HARLEY 39 MM DUAL DISC FORK SLIDERS AND TUBES. 1999 AND EARLIER. THERE IS NO SPRINGS. THEY DO HAVE SOME BLEMISHES AS SEEN IN PICTURES.
