Editorial Reviews Review "The most market-friendly book I've read. Many health economics texts ignore market forces and assume that because there is so much government intervention in health care that it must be a good thing." "Very user friendly. Lots of illustrations and examples. Significant instructor resources to aid with lecture and homework."
