Description: A beautiful Herters No. 279 Vit Glodo Duck complete in the box. The 279 were Herter's flagship duck calls made from "tiger wood" which was Herter's name for Coco Bola. The call is in fine unused condition. Some scuffing and age to the box. Manual is brittle and still folded up. The Vit Glodo duck call was named after the Reelfoot Tennessee guide that innovated metal reed calls and that Herter never gave credit to.
