Hip Replacement Surgery - A Patient's Guide to Recovery day-by-day Memoir, Diary

Description: Hip replacement Surgery – “Andrew gets a new hip” - A day-by-day Memoir of a real patient going through the process. There is no sense in buying 30–40-dollar books that you will most likely not read. Why not listen to a real patient who just recently had a hip replacement while investing $ 6.50 instead. You have questions and you are afraid to have a hip replacement surgery - I know, because I was afraid too. Nobody could clearly describe to you how it will be and will it be difficult to function after the surgery. Will you still remain young or will you become old and limited in motion person. I was also scared and could not find answers in the “Media”. I wrote this Memoir as my revenge and to help others to find peace of mind and to explain what really happens and how did I recover. Most importantly, I will describe each day of my journey and point to major challenges of each day and how I dealt with them. This memoir will answer most questions that you may have today. The product you are buying from me - is a link to my private website pages where I wrote each step of my total hip replacement journey – “Andrew gets a new hip”. I will use your eBay “Contact Buyer” link to send you the link to my pages on my website to fulfill your order. I have learned the answers to my questions through my own experience. It is because I could not find the answers to these specific questions from the “Media” prior to my surgery. How will I lower myself to the bowl in the restroom? Will it heart and if yes, where and how much? Will my hip dislocate if I extend the leg while in the restroom? From which side will I reach with the toilet paper? Is it even possible? Will someone have to help me there? How well will I sleep, and on what side? Why will my lungs hurt third day after the surgery and when will they stop hurting? May I sit on the sofa or is sitting in the armchair acceptable. Will I be able to eat at the table and how to sit? How many cold packs will I need and how often to use them? Hundreds more questions will be answered. What I found by my own experience is that the surgery and the follow-up disability is not properly discussed in the online tutorials. It is overrated and mainly designed to scare people who in result purchase all the unneeded equipment. In reality, the recovery is manageable and much less difficult than it is portrait. I decided to share my journey with others from my (the patient) point of view. You will learn the details before the procedure. You will be traveling through your procedure and verifying instead of learning on the go – “yes, he was wright here, ok, exactly, I feel tension here, so tomorrow my dizziness should stop and the best remedy for now is to keep drinking water abundantly.” Or – “why it has been 3 days and my big visit to the restroom did not happen, it is going to happen within hours now or will they have to cut it out of me?” Isn’t this funny that a big percentage of our fears are havering around the toilette bowl. Do not worry, I will tell you how I did it, what I felt, where it hurt and how much it hurt. The pamphlet is about 30 pages long and was written as a diary (day by day) when the events were taking place. It is therefore truthful and emotional. It covers the time span from the first doctor’s surgery scheduling visit to the post surgery visit when stiches are removed. Through-out the memoir I use “Save Money tips” – here is one example of many. This one is worth between $45 and $240 in savings: “Save Money tip: - Your surgeon will require a specific blood test just prior to the surgery. For each part of the blood test there are Codes that the insurance company uses to either cover or not cover the expense. Your surgeon does not know the specific codes that you family practitioner knows well and often uses. Your surgeon will permit you to take your blood test at your family practitioner’s clinic. Choose this option and prior to giving blood, review the codes with your doctor. Your doctor will forward the results to your surgeon to “clear” you for your surgery.” Now you see that money saving from just this single "tip" could buy between 8 and 30 of my Memoirs. You just need to buy - one copy. I did not have a chance to tell you that you will be required to visit your family doctor prior to the surgery for him to “clear” you for the surgery. You will perform that specific blood test at the time of that visit. You should show your physician your blood test requirements and he will correct Codes to make them be covered by the insurance. Then you go and give blood. A few days later you learn from your surgent’s nurse, that all paperwork is completed, and you are “clear” for the surgery. In my memoir there are images and answers that you care to know the answer to.Invest $6.50 and get your answers now.Do not waste time to otherwise read 200+ pages of unnecessary scientific data that you really may nor care for.
